Terms of Service

These terms apply to Hardline Early Access, Hardline Protocol, and The Grid Room.

Acceptance

By using our site, software, templates, downloads, community, or other services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

Education and Software Only

We provide educational material, workflow software, templates, research tools, and community discussion. We do not provide financial advice, investment advice, legal advice, tax advice, personal advice, managed accounts, brokerage services, or trade execution services.

No Trade Recommendations

Nothing in the services tells you what to buy, sell, hold, trade, automate, size, or route. Any examples, strategy notes, backtests, simulations, screenshots, videos, community posts, or software outputs are for education and research workflow review only.

No Outcome Guarantees

Trading involves risk, including the risk of loss. We do not guarantee profits, funding, payouts, lower drawdowns, better fills, reduced losses, platform uptime, broker behaviour, or any other trading outcome. Backtests, simulations, hypothetical examples, and model outputs are not reliable indicators of future results.

The Grid Room

The Grid Room is a research community. Members may discuss process, assumptions, testing, coding, risk controls, automation limits, and lessons learned. Members may not use the community to provide personal financial advice, promise outcomes, or pressure others into trading decisions.

Your Responsibility

You are responsible for your own decisions, accounts, risk, compliance obligations, software settings, and live or simulated trading activity. Review all outputs before relying on them, and seek qualified professional advice when needed.

Accounts and Access

If account access is offered, provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may limit, suspend, or remove access if we believe the service is being misused or these terms are being violated.

Payments

If paid products, subscriptions, cohorts, or community access are offered, pricing, renewal terms, refund rules, and included features will be shown at checkout or in the offer terms. Taxes and third-party payment processor rules may apply.

Acceptable Use

Do not misuse the services, attempt to break security, scrape or resell private content, upload unlawful or harmful material, infringe others' rights, share confidential data without permission, or use the services to provide unlicensed advice, signals, or managed trading activity.

Intellectual Property

We own or licence the site, software, templates, text, designs, and other materials we provide. You may use them for your own learning and internal workflow unless an offer states otherwise. Do not copy, resell, or redistribute them without permission.

Third-Party Services

The services may connect to or mention third-party platforms, data providers, brokers, payment processors, community tools, or analytics tools. We are not responsible for third-party services, terms, pricing, outages, data, fills, decisions, or policies.

Disclaimers and Liability

The services are provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties and limit liability for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, trading, data, lost-profit, lost-revenue, or business-interruption damages.

Changes

We may update the services or these terms as the product, community, vendors, or legal requirements change. The date at the top shows when these terms were last updated.
